Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment. While we try our best to get orders out in a timely fashion, delivery times can vary depending on your location. Standard shipping can take between 2-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Once your order is placed, you will recieve a confirmation email from our customer service department with your order details, followed by an email from our assigned carrier containing your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Can I cancel my order?

In most instances, your order is processed and shipped within the same day that it is placed. There is therefore no way to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please order carefully.

How much is shipping?

Canada Post Expedited shipping is free within Canada if your order is over $49 before tax. Shipping rates for orders under $49 and for orders being sent outside of Canada are determined at checkout and based on standard shipping fees.

How do you ship?

We ship via Canada Post, Purolator and Canpar. Keep in mind that Purolator does not ship to PO boxes. Any address containing a PO box will be shipped through Canada Post. You will be sent a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email from our carrier the day your order is shipped. All products are shipped within 24-48 hours as long as it is in stock. We do not ship on weekends.

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange all Nobü and Bodispa products. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers. Any item that is designed to come into contact with the body is final sale and non-refundable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned. This includes all personal massagers, magic wands, and massage oils.

How do I claim a warranty?

In the unfortunate event that your product fails to work due to a defect in workmanship or materials, Bodispa will, at its own discretion, replace your product or provide you with a similar product according to the limited time warranty offered with your purchase.
